1. Service area

Kshramik Bharat currently accepts service enquiries for Mumbai, Maharashtra only. Availability may vary by locality and role. Requests outside Mumbai are not covered by this website's current service scope.

2. Registration and fees

The website displays a registration fee of ₹499. Service charges are stated as equivalent to one month's salary. Candidate salary and service charges are separate. Confirm the applicable amount, payment timing, duties and all other terms in writing before proceeding.

3. No placement guarantee

Registration starts requirement review and coordination; it does not guarantee a candidate, a deployment date or a successful engagement. Timing depends on availability, suitability, salary expectations, location and the client's requirements.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details, explain duties and working conditions, confirm salary and schedule, assess suitability, and arrange a safe working environment. Any trial, replacement, cancellation, or additional service terms must be agreed in writing before the engagement.

5. Candidate engagement

The precise relationship between the client, candidate and service coordinator depends on the written engagement and applicable law. Parties should clearly document employment terms, payments, responsibilities and supervision.

6. Changes and availability

Services and availability may change. Kshramik Bharat may decline or pause a requirement where suitable candidates are unavailable or the request falls outside the agreed scope.

7. Website content

Website content is general information and does not replace a written service agreement. Any conflicting terms should be resolved in the signed or otherwise confirmed written agreement and applicable law.
